To be or not to be steroids? Answer: Just Best Steroids!
Glutamine and arginine are vital for a strong immune system and recovery from intense exercise. Arginine is an important stimulator of growth hormone, which is a powerful anabolic hormone that promotes muscle protein synthesis.
A Dutch study from Maastricht University found that supplements containing alanyl-glutamine promoted the synthesis of arginine in the body. They found that glutamine is involved in producing 64 percent of tire arginine synthesized in the body. Intravenous administration of alanyl-glutamate doubled the production of arginine, but oral administration was still clinically significant. Glutamine and arginine play vital roles in adapting to the stresses of exercise.
Tea offers many health benefits. The problem is that you need a minimum of three cups per day, and some studies suggest as many as six to eight cups for optimal results. Unless you are a very big tea drinker, one to two cups is probably a more reasonable amount, but don’t despair. You can still boost your immune system and reduce your risk of cancer and heart disease. Tea capsules are available and appear to work just as well as brewed tea.
According to the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, Green tea extract supplements retain the beneficial effects of green and black tea and may be used in future chemoprevention studies to provide a large dose of tea polyphenols without the side effects of caffeine associated with green and black tea beverages.
To protect yourself from illness, try washing down three to four tea capsules with each cup of tea you sip. That will increase your equivalent intake to six to eight cups.
The term whole foods refers to foods that have not been processed or refined, including whole grains, beans, nuts, seeds, fruits, and vegetables. Whole foods contain compounds known as phytochemicals that may reduce the risk for many diseases. In addition, whole grains, such as brown rice and whole wheat, include the whole kernel of the germ, which includes elements such as fiber that make them more nutritious than refined grains.
The typical North American diet, however, is high in processed foods like white bread, potato chips, and desserts made with white flour and white sugar. In these foods, the fibre, vitamins, minerals, and phytochemicals normally found in whole foods are missing, at least in part. While processed foods used in moderation can be part of a healthful diet, a whole-foods diet provides nutrients and health benefits that the typical American diet does not provide.
It is important to choose the proper syringe for the administration of injectable anabolic steroids. The principle components of a syringe include a cylindrical barrel to one end of which a hollow needle is attached, and a close fitting plunger. The most acceptable syringe for injecting anabolic steroids is a 22 gauge 1 1/2” or 23 gauge 1” apparatus with a 3 cc case. This length allows for penetration to reach deep inside the muscle tissue. Shorter needles, 5/8” or 1/2” are usually not sufficient for intramuscular injections and occasionally leave a portion of the Injection in a subcutaneous area which will cause a swell between the skin and muscle as well as impaired absorption.
The gauge size of a syringe represents the needle’s diameter. The lower the gauge number, the wider it is. A 27 gauge needle is very thin. An 18 gauge is quite wide; it is often referred to as a cannon. The 22 and 23 gauge needles are not so large that they are difficult to insert, yet are large enough for solutions to easily be propelled through them. The use of insulin needles is not acceptable; they are simply too small. Usually, insulin pins are 25 to 27 gauge and only a 1/2” long with a 1 cc case.
While doing exercises on cable row, lean back beyond the vertical, at least with a demanding weight, you will round your shoulders, be unable to crush your shoulder blades together, and rob yourself of working the target muscles.
The fullest-range movement involves your arms and shoulders relaxing between reps, to permit a full stretch. Doing this puts great stress upon the rotator cuff muscles at the back of your shoulders, and will set you up for an injury. Keep your shoulders “tight” and your head up when in the stretched position. Never drop your head and let the weight stack yank on your arms and shoulders. Put chalk on your hands for all your work sets.
If the bar you use is smooth, the chalk will not help you as much as it will on a bar with knurling. To help your grip on a slick bar, place a palm-size piece of neoprene between each hand and the bar. (Neoprene is a synthetic rubber with many uses. Get some small pieces from a scuba gear shop, an engineering storeroom on campus, or a hardware store.)
Metabolic Changes. As fat cells increase in size, and number, especially those in the belly area, they produce more of certain chemicals, especially pro-inflammatory cytokines, that result in a chronic inflammatory condition and results in an increased risk for a number of diseases, including diabetes, high blood pressure, gallbladder disease, and some cancers.
Increased Mass. The increased weight from the excess fat causes structural problems that predispose to injury and diseases, including osteoarthritis and sleep apnea. This increased fat mass is also associated with emotional and psychological problems, especially depression.
Harmful Fat Cell Types. Weight concentrated around the abdomen and in the upper part of the body (see below regarding keeping the waist trim) poses a higher health risk than fat that settles in a pear-shape around the hips and flank.
Lately the marketing of low trans fatty acid margarines has confused the issue of whether you should use margarine or butter, or neither. At the heart of this debate is trans fatty acids, a type of fat found in margarine and many processed foods and fast foods. At one time, trans fatty acids were thought to be better for you than saturated fat in butter. But some studies have found that trans fatty acids may be harmful to your health as saturated fat and possibly worse. So does this mean you should switch back to butter? Most health experts say no. But they do recommend limiting trans fat in your diet.
But when you want to use butter or margarine, which is better? Most health experts say margarine, particularly the tub and squeeze-bottle kinds, which are more liquid. They usually contain less trans fat than do stick margarines. In addition, some manufacturers have developed margarine spreads and sticks that contain no trans fat. As is often the case, the key is moderation.
GHboost, a research driven nutritional supplement, is a unique growth hormone stimulating product that increases growth hormone (GH) secretion more effectively than any other GH boosting product on the market. GHboost also increases serum and tissue levels of the potent anabolic growth factor, insulin-like growth factor I (IGF-I). Growth hormone and IGF-1 act together to increase protein synthesis, decrease muscle breakdown and increase body fat loss.
What can we expect from the use of GHboost?
1. Increase GH
2. Increase IGF-I
3. Increase insulin function and sensitivity
4. Increase testosterone secretion and effect
5. Decrease cortisol
6. Optimize thyroid
7. Increase nutrient delivery to muscle
As a result we can expect:
1. Increased muscle mass
2. Decreased body fat
3. Increased energy
4. Increased exercise performance including power and endurance (yes even endurance benefits from increased levels of GH)
5. Increased recovery
6. Increased well-being
7. Anti-aging effects
